Local tools
Player names, threshold and hand records stay in this browser’s local storage. The scorebook does not upload them. Reset removes the saved record after confirmation. Exported CSV files remain where you save them. Passing and moon-example selections are not saved by those diagrams.
Enquiries
The PHP form stores a name, email, message and submission time. Administrators can review, edit and delete enquiries. A salted IP hash supports rate limiting. The operator should publish real contact details and a retention policy before opening public submissions.
Sessions and external services
PHP sessions protect forms and administrator login. Google Maps connects after a visitor clicks to load it, if a real place is configured. Analytics is disabled by default; if enabled, this policy must describe the actual setup and any required consent handling. External destinations use their own policies.
