HG♥Hearts Guide IndiaA lighter hand. A clearer game.
Scoring model

Why does a moon hand not add up like an ordinary hand?

Captured penalties and settled scores are different columns.

The implemented choice

The scorebook uses Bicycle’s add-to-opponents settlement: the shooter receives zero and the other three players each receive twenty-six. Their recorded changes therefore total seventy-eight, not twenty-six.

Use the right mode

For an ordinary hand, enter the four captured penalty totals. For a confirmed moon, choose Shoot the moon and select the shooter. Do not enter an ordinary twenty-six against the shooter to imitate another rule.

Other versions

The tool does not implement a subtract-from-shooter choice or other bonus-card variants. Use an appropriate scorebook for those agreements instead of forcing them into this one.
